Roma is wonderful, caring, respectful, and pays attention to her patients. She is the best! She is very gentle, knowledgeable, and detailed in her explanations especially around medication administration. My mother loves her so much and we are both so thankful to have Roma.

I cannot say enough positive things about Roma. Roma is super smart and professional. She excels at all the highly valued qualities and attributes 1 million times and more. It was my first time here at Northridge Hospital. Roma and I clicked right away. Roma was so friendly and calming for an anxiety panicky person like me. I had to have surgery and was even more worried because my boyfriend could not come. Roma went out of her way all day calming me. She walked me around, made sure I have my medication on time and even talked to the doctor about my anxiety and stepped up to offer more support.

After my surgery, Roma made sure I was comfortable, all my needs met, and that I have the food I wanted. Roma is the spitting image of a nurse that cares. It is visible when she even talks to other patients. I am Team Roma and it seems other staff and patients feel the same way. Go, Roma!
