Nicole is the sunshine of this hospital! She greets every single person with a warm and welcoming spirit. All of the patients and staff love her because she is always so loving and helpful. Anytime I have a question or need help, Nikki is the first person I call. There was a patient that was getting ready to be discharged and he had nothing to wear leaving the hospital. Nikki stopped by to see how everything was going. I told her the situation and she said, "Oh, I will be right back!" Nikki somehow came back with a brand new outfit including socks and underclothes. The patient was so happy and grateful. That's just one thing out of all the wonderful things that Nikki does to help the patients. Nikki goes above and beyond for everyone in this hospital. Thank you for everything Nikki, we would not be the hospital we are without you.
