Emily is, by far, the best nurse I have ever had! I have been hospitalized quite a few times within the past 5 years and have never met a more caring, compassionate, and understanding RN until I met Emily! She took the time to truly listen to me and my concerns. She also took the time to come and talk with me when I was anxiety-ridden about my pain. She even went the extra mile and took time out of her busy day to come and massage my right shoulder and the right side of my neck to help alleviate my pain when medications were unsuccessful in easing my pain. I have never had a nurse be so attentive and go above and beyond the way Emily did to ensure my comfort. Never once did she make me feel as though I was being a bother and always asked me if I needed anything at all, as well as being extremely responsive if I did need something and she did it all with a warm heart and a smile on her face. Her kindness and warmheartedness made my stay 1,000 times better than I expected it to be. She genuinely took the extra time to get to know me as a person and not just as a patient. She is the kind of nurse all nurses should strive to be like. She is so genuine and down to earth. Anyone who has the pleasure of having her as their nurse is a VERY lucky person!
