Ms. Brown was talked about by my wife for two days straight. My wife was very happy with her. When I met Janelle she stated her name and title to me with a bright smile and talked very humbly when explaining and talking to my wife about who her doctors were. My wife was very unhappy when Janelle was not at work as her nurse. She only wants Janelle to take her blood and my wife says she went out of her way and had a professional ability to help assist my wife with getting information to her doctor. I would like to personally thank Ms. J. Brown for taking care of my wife.

First of all, Janelle approached me in a very professional manner with her name and title and posted information on the board in my room. She was on time with my meds and took the information I gave her for my doctors to know what I needed for the meds I take. Janelle's voice and smile made me very comfortable. All in all her bedside manner was pleasant. Janelle would always use a soft touch when using a needle. I appreciate her professionalism to the utmost. Her uniform was clean and neat. There was not one time that I could not call on her. She always came to my side in a timely fashion. Her hair was neat and she took all hygiene protocols by using hand sanitizer before putting on her gloves. Last but not least, when I talked she listened until I was finished and then gave a positive response that was very helpful for my aid of illnesses. She works hard to keep her patients comfortable and happy.
