I was bringing my husband to scheduled dialysis. I was unable to get him from car to the wheelchair, he was so weak. I had him braced between the car and my body to keep him from falling to the ground. I looked around to see if anyone was within helping distance, I finally saw someone, walking towards the garage elevator. I called for help and waved my arm to him. He saw me and came over to help. He was very kind, and asked for my husband’s name, after telling him, he said “we are expecting him in dialysis this morning”. He went with me to the ER to have my husband checked out even though he was not clocked into work. He went out of his way to help us. My husband was admitted to the hospital for low blood pressure and heart rate. After he was settled into a room in the hospital, Mr. Gavioila came to do his dialysis.
