Tyler is truly an EXCEPTIONAL nurse. He certainly meets the ICARE criteria in every way. Not only is he skilled in clinical expertise, but also skilled in his compassion and care for his patients. I was lucky enough to have Tyler as my nurse for 2 out of 5 days during my stay, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. It was as if he had a sixth sense of my distress and discomfort. The compassion and empathy that he displayed to me through his calm and positive demeanor really made a difference in terms of coping with the unpleasant things I was going through. I was taken aback by how he made it a point to lift my spirits when he saw I was struggling. Tyler made me feel seen, heard, and understood and even advocated for me when I wasn't able to communicate my needs effectively to others. Tyler radiates positivity, humility, drive, and talent in his field. He made a remarkable difference in my care, and I will be forever grateful and touched by his kindness and service to me.
