My husband was transferred to his room at midnight. On the next day, we met Christine, our nurse for the day. Christine was alive, full of spirit, and she was giving encouragement for it was my husband's surgery scheduled for his gallbladder removal. She made sure that he was transferred safely from the bed to the stretcher. While my husband was for his surgery, she made sure that his bed and the room were in order. She also asked me if I needed anything and even cared if I already have breakfast. She also told me that I can watch TV and do anything that will make me comfortable. She also assured me that the best surgeon is the one taking care of my husband's surgery so there is nothing to worry about.

When my husband went back to his room, she was coming back and forth to make sure that he is okay even though she is also busy with her other patients. She explains everything including the medications, etc. I was asking for a copy of the doctor's note, and even at the last minute of her duty, she made sure that it was taken care of. The kind of service she provided was very commendable. It made me and my husband feel more comfortable and well cared for by a family. Kudos to her and the whole staff!
