Socorro clearly demonstrates the qualities of a Best Nurse because she has integrity, empathy, endurance, confidence, kindness, emotional stability, and reliability. She is someone who demonstrates what being a team player and a leader is. She will lend a hand to another team member when needed without hesitation and without complaints. She helps everyone in the unit not just the nurses but the patients and families as well.

Socorro provides excellent nursing care to patients. She is a good resource for the newer RNs and the older ones. She is an asset to the organization, especially to 4West. She is a great person to work with and I truly appreciate the time and effort she puts into it. Her smile and attitude make coming to work a pleasure every day knowing that she is our Charge Nurse. Her productivity is contagious. She's an inspiration to us because of her persistent attitude. Her positive attitude and hard work are what make her great. If we are so busy on the floor, she always jumps and helps around. She is fair with all of us and does things effectively for patients' safety. She is such a hardworking and compassionate person and truly engaging. She always finds a way to make a difference in our team.
