Every nurse here at Blodgett Hospital is exceptional, but Ashley easily stands out among the best for her natural ability to bring comfort in the midst of severe health scares and the anxiety that comes with it. As a patient, we can often feel like a burden when needing to press our call light repeatedly, but Ashley gave me peace of mind and empowered me to feel comfortable asking for help when needed. Her calm demeanor helped ease my anxiety and she made a genuine effort to get to know me which makes the world of difference in patient care. Ashley found ways to turn my hardest days here into ones filled with smiling, comfort, and feeling seen. She thought of unique ideas to help ease my discomfort and pains that no other nurse had thought of, such as ensuring I had warm blankets and heating pads at my disposal as needed (which made a big difference). I am so grateful that Ashley is a nurse here and can confidently say she has made a huge impact on my life and mental/physical well-being in my time here which I will never forget.
