My brother was recently a patient in your Critical Care Unit, where he, unfortunately, passed away. The staff, wow, I could not have asked for more. Everyone was just so kind, compassionate, informative, and professional. There were so many staff members involved with his care, I cannot recall all of the names, but Erin was our nurse for a few of the nights we were there, and if you don't know already, she is exactly where she needs to be, doing what she has been called to do. She made our nights bearable. She was amazing to all of us, especially my sister-in-law. I just want to thank you all for being genuine, kind, and compassionate. For understanding us and our needs and for letting us spend the last few days and hours with him. I miss him every day. Thank you.
