Kelsey has been amazing. She is so helpful, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and just a good person all around. She explains things to our family, gave hugs, and she sympathized with us. She used her prior experience to understand what we were going through and made sure we were comfortable and able to get all the family members to see our dad. She made things happen. Even after meeting my brother and me, she remembered our names and was able to greet us with our names. She sincerely cares and you can see that in her.

The best, and most comforting to my dad, the patient, is that she sat/stood there and listened to his endless stories and never once acted like it was a waste of her time or that she had something else to do. She took her time with my dad, laughed with my dad, shared stories with my dad (and our family), and just made us feel so relaxed when we knew she was here taking care of our family/dad. We would ask Kelsey when her days off are and hoped she was back with us when she returned. Kelsey is the kind of nurse all other nurses should look up to in providing patient care and we are so glad we were able to experience her and have her on our side. Any family who comes in contact with Kelsey will feel loved and cared for at this hospital.
