There are so many things I could say about Cindy. She came to us from home health with an entire wealth of knowledge on wounds, social service issues, and DME companies! Cindy is always a welcome sight in our unit. She takes new nurses under her wing with such a "Mom attitude" that everyone loves her. She is continually advocating for her patients, always listening to their stories and making our community members feel right at home. Cindy is such an asset to WMH, she continually picks up extra shifts, stays late, and always has a yes attitude.
