Tracie is the best example of a team player I have seen at UVMC. Each time I have encountered her, she has been willing to help with the patient whether she is that patient's nurse or not. She cares for everyone with a smile and a very caring attitude. I am not sure that Tracie ever has a bad day as she does not express any signs of a bad day around patients and EMS staff from my experience. The patients I have transported that Tracie has taken care of say that she has been so good to them and that she made them feel like they were her only patient. Tracie is definitely an asset to the UVMC team.
