It is more than evident that Bryce's heart is the fuel behind his every action. Such was not only observed in his demeanor in the care of my son but was auditorily noted in the way he consistently spoke with others on the other side of the curtain, always with compassion and obvious efforts to preserve one's dignity. His exceptionalness was further noted in the swiftness and pinpoint focus under which he carried out his job. Yet, though he never "dilly-dallied", he thoughtfully took the time to answer all questions and was thorough in his explanations. And in his responses, it is obvious he listens with his ears and heart, in unison...a rare and wonderful quality that encompasses genuine care.

In my professional life as a teacher, I always taught my students that true character is found in what each of us does when no one is watching. Bryce exhibits such true character in every sense of the meaning herein. In a time when real character seems to be waning, it is most refreshing to encounter a soul like Bryce's that restores one's faith in real humanity.

I sincerely hope his many rare and deeply commendable qualities are recognized for what they truly are...rare and precious gifts of the heart...priceless, and the very best gifts of all. He is such a breath of fresh air...a diamond in the rough of life. May he truly be appreciated for the genuine asset that he is in his profession. Others would be served well to learn by his example.
