Obie was an excellent care provider overall. She communicated with me regularly as it was a very busy day and it took a while to be seen by one of the doctors. As I had a prolonged wait and needed to contact a couple of family members and work, Obie offered her own personal cell phone charger as my phone battery was almost completely drained. I know this is not very exciting, but it made my stay much more pleasant and manageable given the busy day at HC. As I mentioned, she also was very professional and personable and I had a good experience largely due to her efforts. Please consider her for your award.
