Clare is one of the best nurses I have worked with. As an employee of almost 43 years, I have seen a lot of people come and go. Clare has a kind heart and is nonjudgmental. She is the full-time charge nurse of SOI PACU. I have seen her be in charge, take a patient, and be the secretary all at once. She treats coworkers and patients with dignity and safety. She is clinically very competent and has certification in PACU care. She is calm in a storm and engenders confidence in her coworkers. I have never seen her cut corners, but she is very resourceful. Clare demonstrates social justice in her treatment of people and work-related issues. In short, she is one of the best nurses I have ever worked with. She has been a loyal employee for many years.
