Katie was overall wonderful. She explained everything to us in a way we could understand. Anytime my grandfather needed anything, she'd always come to assist with a smile on her face and in a good mood. She was such a positive vibe. She treated us like family and not like my grandfather was just another patient. We felt blessed to have her. We will definitely miss her when we leave. The hospital should be very happy to have someone like her working here. If we could take her home with us to care for our grandfather, that would be amazing, but we know she is needed here. I hope God keeps her in good health, blesses her, and rewards her for the amazing care she provides to her patients. I pray that God will compensate her with the wishes from her heart. She deserves any blessing that may stumble her way. We have been to other clinics and hospitals before, but by far her care has been the best. She even made sure those who visited my grandfather had everything they needed, and we weren't even the patients. May God always keep you blessed. Thank you for your amazing care!
