My husband had to have a midline catheter put in for a month to administer IV antibiotics. Sara M. was one of the nurses that helped put it in. She gave me her number and told me to not hesitate to call or text any time we had any questions. I didn't think I would use it, but after not getting satisfactory answers, I texted Sara. She was so sweet and understood how I was feeling. She never hesitated to have another team member come meet us while at another appointment, talk to the home health aide over the phone, or have us meet her so she could take a look at his midline and make sure everything was ok. She always took the time to reassure us that we were doing ok and never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing her with our incessant questions.
