G is the prime example of the type of nurse any nurse would and should have the opportunity to learn from. She is knowledgeable, offers enlightenment, and is always professional. She's one of the nurses who wants to see EVERYONE win and that is so admirable. She's always making sure to train any nurse that would like to learn the position of shift coordinator, the opportunity to do so on the evening shift. If I ever have a question, which I usually do especially regarding policy, I can ALWAYS count on her to give me the answer or she will navigate me in the right direction to find the answer myself. When you have a supervisor that can enlighten you on the tools needed to help you in your growth and success in your nursing career, that by far is the type of nurse I applaud because they are genuinely a diamond in the rough.
