Rachelle was small in stature but big in heart. No one wants their family member to transition but the comfort that Rachelle gave to me, and my family felt like an experience with a real angel. Her patience with so many family members asking questions, crying, hurting, angry, with so many emotions, was so effortless. She consoled every one of us (over 15 members in and out), with tissues, hugs, compassion, and a song. Her voice gave us the comfort we needed to operate our faith. I can’t even describe in words how much of a jewel she was to us and could never thank her enough for her genuine act of kindness. However, I want CRMC to know that they’re extremely blessed to have such an amazing nurse as one of the faces to represent your facility. Although it has been since April, our family talks about the memories and experiences we had with Rachelle. We literally get chills reviewing the last video of Rachelle singing to us as we watched the patriarch of our family pass away in a peaceful, respectable, and honorable manner. Rachelle’s footprint is forever stamped in our hearts.
