My 88 year old mom is in the CCU. She's in pretty good health for her age so doesn't interact with many providers and hasn't been in the hospital in years. So this is a scary experience for her and my siblings. I'm a clinical pharmacist and do interact with many providers daily. Isaias is exactly the kind of nurse I would want for my mom. He knows what he is doing and his confidence and competence put my mom and family at ease. He is serious about his job yet still approachable and personable. Not all caregivers can master the balance of excellent work and making the human connection, but Isaias makes it look easy.
