Shaina has simply been an outstanding caregiver. Her superior drive for the patient’s best interest is quite obviously sincere and anyone who meets/interacts with her can see that. She isn’t afraid to go the extra mile for anyone she can. She was thorough and attentive and listened to concerns and acted accordingly. Typically, I struggle massively in a hospital setting due to high anxiety. Shaina made my experience feel safe and far more bearable. She made me feel like I had a voice in my own care. Shaina also had a sense of urgency when it came to addressing my needs which made me feel like my care was important. Through more than a hundred surgeries and a massive amount of other procedures, I can with confidence say she has been one of the best nurses I’ve ever had. It takes a certain kind of person to deal with my overprotective family and she didn’t hesitate to address that and make them feel at ease. Shaina was awesome and she will only continue to get better. Thank God for her and her exemplary handling of my care.
