Daily, I witness how amazing a leader Ginger is. Ginger embodies and carries the characteristics of an extraordinary leader to all the people she interacts with; whether it's her co-workers, her associates, her patients, or her patients' families. 

Every day Ginger comes early into work to make sure her unit and her associates are doing okay. She truly cares about each of her associates. Not only does she make sure her unit is okay but will help in any way she can, to help with staffing if any other units are short. Even when the day is over, Ginger will still take the time to answer questions/concerns from her staff during her time off. Ginger will take time out of her busy schedule to help out anyone. She has a very caring heart and always has her office door open to everyone, whether you need a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on, get advice, or just need someone to talk to.
