After a horrible night in the Emergency Room, we got to PCU and Bailey was our nurse. Her compassion did not go unnoticed!! We were tired and frustrated and she was so calm and peaceful. She spent the next 5 nights with us and she quickly became like we knew her forever. She laughed and joked and listened to stories as if my gram was her only patient (which we know she wasn’t). We could ask her anything that was going on and she never got impatient or rude. She listened to our complaints and cared every time. She would explain things in a way that made sense. We truly cannot thank her enough for her care and compassion!!! She was the sunshine during our storm!

Mom is 86 years old and came in with pneumonia on bipap. Bailey every evening and explained everything well. She communicated with Mom well. She was in and out of the room frequently during the night. She would stop in to see how Mom was doing prior to her shift every night. We could only hope that the others nurses would take some tips from her...Bailey truly made the stay better. Thank you, Bailey.
