Venessa is a very caring compassionate and very efficient nurse. My mom suffers from anxiety among all her other ailments. She is 85 years old and a sickly person. Venessa made sure that she was comfortable, and cared for, and did all with good humor. She always walked in with a smile on her face and treated everyone in the room including visitors and patients alike. We will never forget her genuine kindness and care. She made us all feel at ease. My mother felt comfortable when she was here and so did I. She made my mother's stay a little bit better (tolerable). Every time my mom had been in the hospital it was always a battle to keep her in the hospital. She always wanted to go home before she was healed. This time, because of Venessa my mom was more relaxed and wants to adopt Venessa as her daughter. Thanks to Venessa, my mom was comfortable and well cared for. I hope she always keeps her upbeat and funny personality, her passion for her patients, and her efficiency.
