Mindy has worked diligently to improve Patient Safety and safe medication administration in Oncology at all 3 locations. Oncology demonstrated a 6.6% increase in scanning patient wristbands and a 7.3% increase in scanning medications. She is committed to continual Performance Improvement (PI) and using PI to improve outcomes and ensure patient safety.
