Danielle is a leader who empowers and pushes her staff to be the best they can be. She offers support while allowing her staff to grow individually and learn from their mistakes. One example of this was when Danielle was asked to write a letter of recommendation for me with a fairly quick turnaround time. Danielle was scheduled to go on vacation but prioritized the letter knowing that the impact could help me grow professionally. She took her time to write a meaningful letter, prioritizing this over the hundreds of other things that she needed to do. The outcome of her letter helped me get accepted into a competitive leadership program offered by Mayo Clinic. This is just one of the many examples where Danielle has shown her commitment to her staff, and her dedication to helping them grow personally and professionally.
