I went to the Cath Lab thinking I would get another stent. Instead, I was told I needed Open Heart Surgery (Triple Bypass and Valve Replacement). My wife, daughter and me, we were devastated. My nurse, Chelsey, was amazing! It was clear she loves her job. She was so attentive and caring. She answers questions and concerns we had about open heart surgery. She explained follow-up care after surgery in detail. She made sure we had all the information we needed before we left the hospital. We were all just amazed at the quality of care she provided.
