Every night since then that she has worked, Damoh has checked on my dad no matter what room she was moved to.
This sweet woman is truly a guardian angel. From the first minute we met her we knew she was a very special nurse and person. Her presence is overwhelming with love, grace, nurture, and kindness. My dad was hospitalized for his cancer and the challenges it has come with. Damoh was monitoring dad as a CRT patient. She was doing regular rounds to check to make sure he was okay. We started chatting with her and soon realized her baby was one of the patients in the NICU that I cared for. As a nurse, there are no greater thanks we can give to the ones that care for our loved ones in return. It was so beautiful to see the circle of life from me caring for her son to her caring for my dad. She gave me the biggest hug when we came to this realization.

Every night since then that she has worked, she has checked on my dad no matter what room she was moved to. She has been so loving and warm to not only him but his family. One night during my sleeping over in the room, she placed a warm blanket on me to comfort me. She held me one night when I sobbed to her. She would hold dad's hand the whole time she was in his room. It was so beautiful and I was greatly reminded of how good people can still be especially in the crazy world we live in. Her acts of kindness might have seemed small to her but to us meant everything. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We love you!
