When you first meet Ieasha, you’re greeted by her bright smile.
To put a setting to this testimonial, it is important to understand my history. I am a cancer survivor. I had colon cancer and was operated on at MD Anderson to remove my right colon just two short months ago. This past week, I began to have chest pain along with severe nausea. I was ultimately admitted to the telemetry unit and placed under the care of an angel, Nurse Ieasha.
Now, I’ve been in and out of the hospital for months, but I am truly able to say it has been a remarkable experience considering I am still healing. When you first meet Ieasha, you’re greeted by her bright smile. The warmth you feel from her energy is just amazing. But she is singular in every area. There’s never a moment to feel unimportant. You are always made to feel you are her primary interest. I suffer from panic attacks, and she intuitively knows when to come by, what to do, and what to say. Her knowledge of my situation and her vast experience and confidence truly made me feel everything was and is going to be ok. She is respected by the staff and doctors and is an asset to this facility. To be in the hospital again should feel traumatic, but instead, I find myself calm and relaxed from her truthful, intelligent energy and warm, nurturing spirit.
