Kirra has a bright future as a nurse. She is very intelligent and empathetic. Kirra jumps at any opportunity to help. She is doing the health mentors program, and several volunteering events and is looking for an internship all while working towards her degree. I had clinicals with her during our psych and mother-baby semester, and she became a true friend to all of us. She was able to pick up on important subtle changes in her patients and provide nursing explanations that I wouldn't have considered. Kirra is a true team player and always had our backs during any difficult moments. She truly cares about her patients and speaks to them like people, not just a client. Her therapeutic communication is unmatched. I look up to her as a role model and aspire to have some of her amazing qualities.
