I was put under for a procedure and injection inside my throat. I was very blessed to have Brittany care for me. She is very professional yet she is very caring, friendly, and pleasant. She went above and beyond to explain things to me and my daughter, sometimes twice. She is very good at calming me down and helping me with my nerves and fears. She was very compassionate and understanding. I was amazed at how Brittany took care of me personally, dressing me and helping me get undressed, etc. She made me feel very comfortable. All you had to do if you wanted or needed something was to ask her. She was very helpful when calling me before my procedure and at my request, she contacted my daughter and gave her all the information, even directions around the hospital. I can't say enough about how great Brittany is. She also made sure that I was clear and understood everything going home.
