As a new father to my son, it was a scary experience to see your child in NICU. The nurse that stood out the most was Amy. I truly felt Amy was there to care for my child and share her child's experiences through the lens of a parent. When I had questions or concerns, she was quick to be in my room and share the answers. She made sure my needs were met during my stay with the baby. Amy was always pleasant to be around and educated and trained me on how to do the simplest tasks such as swaddling and bottle feeding my baby. I appreciate her kind and loving soul and can see why she is so passionate about being a NICU nurse. Thank you for a great experience that I will never forget.
