Nurse Erica was welcoming, engaging, serious, quite, competent, and efficient. She was very thorough and precise and there for me at my most needed time. Only on the name tag is Erica. She's a beautiful "ginger" who sprang into action to assist so many others in saving my life. She was very hygiene conscious, keeping me in good shape and always checking to see if anything was needed. When she was "taking my stats", I was sore in different areas of my arms, so she would take extra care to try to not create more pain.

I appreciated her bedside manner; stern, serious, genuinely honest, and compassionate all at the same time. I would tell her to pace herself because she was always on the move attending to her other patients in need. I was here for a long time, but never really got to say goodbye and thank you. Erica really stood out. She has my sincerest appreciation for a job well done!
