Mr. Evangelista has shown outstanding care, patience, and kindness as my nurse.
Mr. Evangelista has been helping me with my mental issues for almost a year. He has been an exceptional nurse in helping me. Transporting me to the hospital and giving me my injections. He has shown concern for my good health and has offered treatments as he has seen that I needed them for my well-being. My life has improved since he has been helping me with all my medical needs plus, he also sees that I get to my appointments at the VA by picking me up and taking me to my appointments. He offers material for me to read so that I can improve my situation.
Mr. Evangelista has shown outstanding care, patience, and kindness as my nurse. I think he needs to be recognized by the VA hospital for being an exceptional employee. He even assists us with yardwork when he sees us working. My mother is elderly and I’m ill so things and jobs like that are sometimes too much for us. He has been most kind to assist us when he can. We think this is above his call of duty, but he doesn’t hesitate to help. He also waits to help us with our doctors’ appointments. He joins us to inform the doctor of what is happening with my condition, and he reminds us of all the appts. Kindness is most evident in all he does to assist us, we are most grateful for all his outstanding assistance and guidance.
