My mom was having a GI bleed. Thomas came into the room and immediately started the necessary care. Within minutes he had a blood transfusion going, EKG being taken, CT ordered, etc. The care was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did he care for my mom, but he also listened to my concerns, and kept me updated every step of the way. My mom stated, "When he told me he wouldn't leave my side he truly meant it. He did not leave my side not one time. I never felt alone. In the scariest time of my life, he comforted me, and I truly feel he is the reason I am alive today." We can't thank Thomas enough. He gave exceptional care.
