Jessica is a new RN at Northwest Health - Porter. She has shown teamwork and compassion to her patient assignments. One day, she had a confused, geriatric patient. He was always climbing out of bed. He would get agitated. She was so attentive to his needs. Therefore, he did not climb out as much and was not as agitated. He was relaxed and cooperative. The patient's family recognized her. They listened to her. 
She actually made this patient smile.

Another patient said she was an excellent nurse. She was attentive and punctual on her shift with her pain med request. Jessica made her feel important. She told her doctor how impressed she was with her. Jessica made her stay!
