Daniel goes out of his way to help the patient in any way he can. I recently reached out to Daniel for help with a patient in need of multiple services at home. This patient was difficult, had no family, and had declined help from all other resources who had reached out to him in the past. Daniel accepted the challenge, came over, made friends with the patient, and got him to accept the assistance he desperately needed. Daniel will go to great lengths to assist the patient in any way he can. He is a true DAISY and an excellent example for employees at Horizon Health.

Daniel Murphy, I hear his name almost weekly on daily huddle mission moments or in meetings about his ability to talk patients/visitors down, simply "being there" for them. He is willing to go to patient's houses and continually puts in the extra time and effort
