Bobby is a very dedicated professional who always goes the extra mile to make sure the patients are safe. He is an excellent leader as well as a great team member. He has a great sense of humor and is very friendly and trustworthy among the staff and patients. I used to get hospitalized a lot at New Bridge, and it was really scary because I did not know anyone, but then I met Bobby. He was so comforting and caring I just felt so relieved when he would check up on me and talk to me. One day my mom did not visit me, and Bobby noticed, so he went on his break and got me so many snacks. It is still one of my favorite memories of him and this place. New Bridge would never be as good as it is without him. Thank you, Bobby. Bobby always goes to work and enjoys it. He loves children, and the children love him. When he came back from work, all of the kids that were under his care would draw and write amazing things about him. He has inspired me to be like him. I am currently in the military and on a veteran's home mission. I apply Bobby's caring characteristics to the residents that fall under my care. Bobby doesn't just do his job to do a job. Bobby makes sure that the kids feel loved and not like another extra patient. You can see it by just looking at all of the thank you and goodbye letters for him. Bobby is an amazing nurse, and every personnel that works in the medical field should inspire to care just like him.
