My wife has only been a patient for a short time. She had surgery to repair a fractured right hip. Nurse William is a bigger person which can intimidate a lot of small female patients, but he is a teddy bear with a big heart. William put my wife at ease and made a lot of assurances she would be okay. She felt safe being there knowing William was just a quick buzzer away. William is a credit to the nursing profession and the hospital. Great nurse and a good person.
