Sanaa works professionally, calmly, and politely, and always wears a smile, with care and love.
Ma'am Sana is very hard-working, very passionate, and dedicated to her work. She is very persuasive which is a very important character for being a leader to encourage and lead other members. When you meet her you will find a caring, trustworthy, and great listener who is ready to help you even if it's the first time to see you. She is handling different tasks and was always busy with multiple goals, but never failed to let us know how much she cared about us, always understanding and acting toward our concerns especially if the concern is related to patient safety.

I can give many stories to describe her dedication and eagerness for patient care and safety but one story that makes her my idol. Her son was admitted to the NICU with a serious condition; in this situation, anyone will forget about anything at work and concentrate only on his or her beloved one. This is not in Ms. Sanaa's dictionary! She was receiving our concerns and acted on them while she was caring for her son; this gives me the feeling that she considers us like her family! Over that stressful period, she was the source of hope to us and to her family with unconditional love, care, and kindness. Nursing supervisor, nursing quality manager, CITE coordinator, actually, it was many to mention because she had many experiences that make her a very wonderful and amazing person.

***

Working with compassion and kindness, she likes to give us chances to manage work stress and burnout and never failed to show us that she has very good skills not only for knowledge.

***

She gives staff examples of good skills and knowledge to possess, which makes others inspired and motivated to do so.

***

Her calm way of teaching that can enlighten staff minds to work more and improve more. She is very approachable, visible, and accessible to everyone and always advocates for staff to perform. She is available 24/7, you can message her and you will always receive replies whether she is on duty or off duty.

One story that everyone must know: when her kid was sick and admitted to the hospital, she didn’t ask for leave, instead she managed to take good care of her kid and at the same time she also was working. That is was really amazing for her that she really proves to everyone that you can rely on her.

Integrity: She is very reliable and dependable in every aspect. In my difficult situation, I was always reaching her and asking her for help, in that she will make herself available from her overloaded work and she will work with you. That her presence will make difference and that you will not doubt her.

Respect: She is respectable and respectful to each and every one. She works professionally, calmly, and politely, and always wears a smile, with care and love. No one in the hospital will not respect her. She deserves all the kindness and respect, you will respect her naturally.

Responsibility: She works very responsibly in many fields and many areas. Her responsibility was her passion already, she was taking responsibility and accountabilities without complaining, and she works on it and handles it very well.

Family and People-Centric Culture: Showing concern and empathy to family and community. She respects families and people with different cultures, races, religions, beliefs and etc. Providing support holistically to everyone surrounding her.

Passion and Dedication: Very passionate and dedicated to her work. She does work hard, she takes care of many responsibilities and she was being passionate about it. Working with different departments, all of those things she works on well wholeheartedly.

Education and Innovation: Giving lectures to the nursing department, day and night, through group messages, through emails, and even physically coming to our department to share a lot of ideas. She did a very creative checklist, educational materials policies, outlines, and everything and share it with us.

Trust: She is a trustworthy person. Most trusted person in the hospital to everyone. Related to work or personal things. She is like a mother to everyone.

Encourages problem-solving and critical thinking: Always encourage us to solve any issues and face them bravely and with critical thinking among the staff. She is one of our mentors, a person we are approaching if we are in a bad situation, for our department issues or personal issues and etc.100% she will always give you good ideas, advice, and solutions.

Address the strategic priorities of the hospital: She contributes many things already to the hospital organization. She is involved in many policies being implemented in nursing organizations, reviewing, revising, redesigning, and even creating new policies for nursing quality of care to standardize the practices. One example, for fall prevention, pressure injuries prevention, assessments, management, and so on. Participating and implementing in hospital accreditations like CBAHI, ESR, ARAMCO, JCI preparations, ACHS, and many things that most of the big contributions were from her.

Create a positive work environment where staff and patient outcomes are achieved. She is always positive in every situation. Her character was incredible. She has a kind of vibe that makes her working environment benign, and calm, and family feelings with her smiles. She likes to recognize people who did a great job and award people for their success. Sometimes she gave us rewards and gifts to encourage to staff to be more; one of the examples was she gave us prizes in our department because of our high-participation in answering questions and appreciated staff by rewarding them gifts as best employee of the month, most of this is from her voluntarily kindness.
