We were lucky enough to be assigned Charlotte as our midwife for our first pregnancy in July last year. Unfortunately, the pregnancy ended with a termination at 23w5d. Charlotte was an incredible support throughout the haze of the weeks and months after the event with home visits to the house and arranging all sorts of things via the GP. We felt very let down by many other healthcare providers in this period, but Charlotte was amazing.

Since becoming pregnant again a few months later she has outperformed even her previous level of care and supported us so well throughout this pregnancy through organising anxiety support, liaising with consultants, etc. Throughout it all, she has been wonderfully professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly warm and kind to us. I hope everyone is as lucky as we are to have a midwife like her.
