I have been in the hospital a lot with several heart related problems, at other hospitals. I was recently admitted to Huntsville Memorial due to complications with Covid 19. Austin was one of my nurses. Immediately he made me feel very comfortable. He was always polite and very attentive. I had fear and anxiety about being admitted. Austin answered any questions and concerns that I had. He was always on time with my medications and he was also very informative, even after several fact checks he was right. I wish that there were more nurses like Austin with great values and lots of TLC. The world would be so much better. Whenever I had questions or even a medicine that had to be changed or adjusted, Austin did not waste any time reaching out to my physician to ensure that I was comfortable and taken care of. This experience made me see Huntsville Memorial in a whole new light and has truly motivated me to want to feel better.

Personally I believe he would be an awesome PCA or DR. Thanks so much for hiring people like Austin. He’s a super nurse! One of a kind! I truly hope that Austin gets his recognition because after experiencing a not so great visit, it made me realize that he is a wonderful person and nurse.
