My wife was in the DRH CATH lab for a Pacemaker. Connie was the nurse for my wife’s whole time there. She was very caring, patient, and helped calm us both, and answered all of our questions. She helped my wife with delicate and sensitive needs. She was extremely nice and made the entire visit so much easier. My wife was tearful in the beginning, but the nurse was very helpful and truly caring and a perfect professional! Thank You so much, Connie!

While all of the nurses were knowledgeable, she explained the procedures in a way that could be easily understood, and with a confidence level that put you at ease. She was always available to answer all of your questions, even allowing you to preview the discharge instructions ahead of time to allow you to ask any questions you might have. She has a very pleasant, caring demeanor.

Connie made us so comfortable throughout the entire procedure process. She took extra care in answering our questions and making sure the patient was as comfortable as he could be. When he had a hematoma, Connie was so calm and acted so quickly to take care of the patient and get him the care team he needed. She explained everything to not only him but to me as well so she knew I understood everything that was going on. We are both so thankful for her care. Caring, kind, and gentle. Knowledgeable about the procedure and prep prior to the procedure. She had no problems answering questions. Ms. Connie is a professional and appears to love her profession. She performs exceptionally well.
