Like all moms, I came in with a loose plan on how I wanted my birthing experience to go. On day three all that got thrown out the window. I wasn't progressing, my BP was high and it was becoming a stressful experience. Jaclyn took the time and initiative to research my options that wouldn't interfere with my medical conditions, reached out to other medical personnel on my behalf, and developed a plan that I was comfortable with that significantly decreased my discomfort and stress. My experience went from extremely stressful to completely manageable due solely to her actions and initiative. Even after her care for me was done, she checked back on us and made sure we were doing well. I will be able to look back fondly at my time and experience at Cape Coral due to Jaclyn's handling of my care.
