My husband was recently discharged from St. Vincent Medical Center after open heart surgery and had some complications. We were quite overwhelmed with the scope of medications and aftercare procedures. Mickey was patient, clear, and compassionate as she reassured and instructed us in these areas. She answered all of our questions and gave us great pointers with regard to care and positive outcomes. She was also very encouraging! We appreciated her honesty and the safety and security she provided to two very anxious individuals!
