Janine has been a guiding light in managing the operations, and staff of our academic practice. She truly gets it. The team loves her and so do the residents and attendings. We will miss her as she moves on to a more senior leadership position in primary care – a true testament to her strong leadership skills, acumen, attitude, and experience. I am the physician in charge and Janine is my right hand. There are countless examples of her leadership that have made a big difference for our patients and faculty too.
