Carol was one of the amazing nurses who cared for our son during his 10-week stay. She identified that he would benefit from a change to his care and his progress took off under her. Not only was she extremely caring and attentive to our son but she took the time to work with my husband and me on the proper techniques for bottle feeding and how to care for our son when he came home. Carol was always happy to talk us through everything and ease our concerns and never once seemed as though we were annoying her or taking her from her duties. She even made sure that she was assigned to our son for several days at our request. My husband and I truly feel that our son thrived under her care and that he was able to go home sooner than anticipated because of her.
