I am a 66-year-old woman whom she cared for with great care. She explained in detail reasons why i.e.: she would do what she was with changing an IV or adding another line of medication, why she would wrap a belt around my waist as I would walk in the walker with her assisting me along the way to my destination. She was so kind and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She went out of her way and fought for me in every aspect even to finally get off a liquid diet to a general diet. She addressed every issue with dignity and made me feel comfortable as she cleaned me and would be sure that I was covered and not exposed. When I was depressed and crying she knew I was emotional and showed real concern, not just pretending, she cared. She TRULY was understanding and afterward, we laughed and joked. She had a terrific bedside manner. She would explain to the next shift taking over what was to be looked after. She wished me well and the best of luck going forward. I've been a patient here many times and all I can do is praise this young lady for her compassion and caring for her patients! She IS the BEST!
