Ralph was taking care of my 90-year-old mother with dementia. Mom can be very repetitive and challenging to deal with. Ralph was nothing less than fabulous. He was incredibly kind and patient. He allowed her to ask the same questions over and over without embarrassing her. He explained the same thing as many times as she asked. When she put on some make-up, he made her happy and smiled by complimenting her appearance. She is frail. He recognized that and was extremely gentle with her. He was very busy with other patients but took the time to take her for a walk in the hall when she requested it. His kindness and compassion are remarkable. He has a gift for helping his patients, especially the elderly. Ralph is a true DAISY Nurse.
